The EmpowHER Scholarship Award is designed to support and uplift a young woman who embodies the spirit of empowerment, leadership, and service. This $500 scholarship will be awarded to a high school graduate or current college student who demonstrates academic dedication, community involvement, and a passion for empowering others through education.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Identify as female.

- Be currently enrolled or accepted for enrollment in a college or university for Fall Semester 2025.

- Be a high school graduate or current undergraduate student.

- Have a minimum GPA of 3.0

-Demonstrate a commitment to leadership, service, and empowerment within their school, church, or community.

Application Requirements:

- Completed scholarship application form. - Proof of college enrollment or acceptance letter. - Most recent transcript (unofficial or official).

- One letter of recommendation.

- Responses to three short essay questions.

Essay Questions (250 words max each):

1. What challenges have you overcome in your life, and how have they shaped who you are today?

2. How do you define empowerment, and what are ways you currently empower those around you?

3. How do you plan to use your education to empower others in your community, field of study, or future career? 

The recipient will be announced during the EmpowHER Experience 2025.
